A remarkable collection of six English Sterling silver bottle tickets, comprising a set of three by Cohen & Charles, each oblong in shape with an engraved feathered edge and a clear engraved label reading “PORT”, “GIN”, and “WHISKY”; and a further set of three, each decorated in bas-relief with grapevine motifs and scrolled edges, bearing engraved labels of “RYE”, “SCOTCH”, and “BOURBON”; all pieces suspended from matching chains.

One set is impressed on the back with the “C&C” maker’s mark together with three hallmarks: the lion passant for sterling fineness, the anchor town mark for Birmingham, and a dated letter (“P” or “Q”); the other set is each stamped “STERLING / 351”.
