How do I pay?

I accept bank transfers, but require a receipt of the transfer.

Checks are always accepted and detailed in Qs ‘Do you accept checks?’

I’m always happy to accept cash.

Whichever form of payment is your preferred choice, products are only dispatched/collections scheduled upon full payment received.

Could I get some different angle photos? Maybe a 360 video?

Absolutely! We are happy to support with additional photos, or take a video. Just fill in the contact form and detail specific shots required.

Do you accept checks?

Absolutely! In fact, it’s actually preferred.

Please make payable to: Roger D Winter and post directly to me. I’ll put the item on hold until the check is received.

Do you have more inventory than what’s on your website?

Sometimes. I upload content on a regular basis, but I’m always adding items and can’t always keep up! Please contact me on the contact form and I can send photos of new inventory to you.

How much is packaging and shipping?

Every item is unique and has specific costs. if you contact me i’ll give you a personal quote via the people I trust and use., but I’m happy for you to arrange independently. I just require a pre approved time and date.

Can I collect the item myself?

Yes! I am very happy for any purchases to be collected in person and happy to suggest the best way to transport. We will discuss and arrange a pre approved time and date upon purchase.

How long does delivery take?

It varies based on location, and other factors. Please contact me directly for more accurate delivery times.


Do you offer Trade Pricing?

I am always happy to negotiate on price. Please don’t hesitate to call or complete a contact form.

Do you source items for buyers?

I have done previously. Please contact directly to discuss on the contact form.

Can I see the item before purchase?

Yes. I exhibit at a number of shows across the US, as detailed in my ‘shows’ section which I’d love to see you at.

We can also arrange for you to visit my warehouse at a pre approved time and date.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. I want you to be happy with your new purchase and accept back within 14 days.

Do you offer ‘on approval’ services for clients?

Yes! I am happy to send an item ‘on approval’, but the client must cover all delivery fees and insurance. Please contact to discuss on phone or the contact form.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. But please contact me on the contact form to discuss if an item is eligible.

Do you provide free tickets to the shows you attend?

All shows offer tickets and on occasion I will have complimentary tickets. If you sign up my mailing list I notify when I have tickets available, and offer on a first come, first serve basis.

The shows are a great day out; with guest speakers, exhbitions and talks. I look forward to seeing you there.

Does pricing include Tax?

All prices exclude taxes, so please contact for a price including tax.
